We offer you the possibility to cancel your stay free of charge up to 21 days before the arrival by returning the full amount of the deposit (minus the re-send fee of approx. 2.5 €).
In the event of cancellation between the 21th and 37rd day before the arrival, we will send you a voucher in the amount of the deposit paid to be used by December 2024.
After this date the deposit paid will be retained.
